Pros

The coworkers make it feel like a family and work together to help each other out. The pay is pretty fair. Working only Monday through Friday is also good.

Cons

They play favorites, don’t take their employees health into consideration, no sick days. If a child is sick they’re still allowed to come in and they don’t get sent home if/when they get sick at school (throw up, diarrhea, etc). There isn’t any real supervision and your schedule changes constantly throughout the day. Unless you’re one of the management favorites don’t expect to be treated well. There are too many cons and they outweigh the pros.

Pros

Coworkers are cool and easy to get along with..even though their knowledge on ABA is horrible but I can’t blame them when there is no real training going on in this place..and it shows!

Cons

Everything else. Company has horrible communication. Supervisors are not providing adequate services to the children. The company owners are a bit shady all they care about is their money and do not care about the children whatsoever. Children that have been there for years digress instead of improving and instead of discharging them they don’t because they just view them as dollar signs. They literally don’t care about employees either. Burn out and turnover rates are out of control. Please do not work here. Working at McDonald’s would be a step up! Also NOONE is being trained properly on ABA and how to implement it properly this place is literally 2 seconds away from child abuse!
