Pros

Coworkers are cool and easy to get along with..even though their knowledge on ABA is horrible but I can’t blame them when there is no real training going on in this place..and it shows!

Cons

Everything else. Company has horrible communication. Supervisors are not providing adequate services to the children. The company owners are a bit shady all they care about is their money and do not care about the children whatsoever. Children that have been there for years digress instead of improving and instead of discharging them they don’t because they just view them as dollar signs. They literally don’t care about employees either. Burn out and turnover rates are out of control. Please do not work here. Working at McDonald’s would be a step up! Also NOONE is being trained properly on ABA and how to implement it properly this place is literally 2 seconds away from child abuse!

Pros

Loved my clients, salary pay (at least when I was there)

Cons

Highly unethical ABA practice, owners are greedy and uninvolved, unorganized, high turnover rate. Please, please, please look elsewhere if you're interested in the field of ABA because this place is not it. I know every place has some ugly reviews but the ones you see for this company are valid. I worked there for about 6-7 months and left because of how bad the management is, the illegal and unethical professional behavior I observed and know was reported multiple times with nothing happening, sexism, racism, lack of structure or a plan for the clients' therapy, I could go on and on. The owners are rarely around, and when they are they do very little and speak down and horribly towards the workers. Supervisors directly below them are of little help and are frequently changing because of people leaving constantly.
