Poor Managment - Shipping Clerk Georgia Expo Employee Review

Response from Georgia Expo’s Plant Manager, Ian: If the reviewer is truly currently employed with us I would be happy to discuss the specifics of their frustration. One of the things our employees like best about working with us is the consistency that comes with a full-time, first-shift Monday through Friday schedule. We want our employees to have work-life balance and I believe we do our best to make that a reality. We are not gig work and we do have rules and we expect people to follow them. Temp labor is used almost exclusively on container unloads. Unloads are a hard, physical job but we have a 4.74 out of 5-star rating with 20+ reviews from workers through the temp service and frequently have workers who choose to return for additional shifts.
