Pros
Holidays and weekends, it is a job. Get the experience than get out, then go to the private sector, they will pay you more for doing the minimum of what you do here.
Cons
Years with the same pay......we cant even get a living wage increase .....belive me we asked and was told no....Very hostile work environment, lack of leadership, low pay. It is a shame that you can have perfect credit, but your pay is so low you would not be able afford an apt or buy a home if you only have 1 income in your household. This job should be paying at least $35,000 min. Belive me you will make more money at Wal-Mart or McDonalds
