Pros

On Campus recruiting opportunities, career fairs and other recruiting events attract and overwhelming amount of quality employers due to GT's stellar reputation and quality students.

Cons

Leadership is a disaster. Career Center is always in a state of transition due to leadership caring more about a new hire's pedigree than their actual relevant job knowledge and experience. High leadership turnover leads to staff burnout and attrition. Students aren't being served, colleges are creating their own career centers as solutions.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
