Great family environment, great veterinarians

Upper manager issues, poor pay increase

There's a lot to be said for working at a vet clinic. It is rewarding to care for the animals and see a difference in what you do. Great connecting with the clinics. Very clean facility.

Low salary/pay wage for the amount of hours worked per day (normally 11-12) Not a lot of acknowledgement from management. Bad communication through out departments. Unorganized with a lot of tasks. Excessive charges to clients. Interpersonal staff issues. Favoritism is extremely apparent.
