Pros
Great work environment - informal and professional, friendly and supportive. From the day I was hired, I was given opportunities to develop my potential. It was up to me to make sure I use them. Among my managers, mentors, and colleagues I find inspiration to share the Geosoft’s values and to pull my weight in effort and commitment. It’s easy to give more to Geosoft, because I feel that Geosoft as a community is interested in me, the individual.
Cons
Geosoft is a relatively small company, the opportunity for a quick career advancement is limited. However, if you are interested in advancing your competencies and learning from smart people around you, and if you aren’t focused on your job title opportunities to prosper are plentiful.
