Pros
Decent pay even though you'll be explicitly reminded that the reason you receive x amount of money is to do z type of job
Cons
High stress environment, feels like everybody is ready to throw eachother under the bus with many stories of people dobbing eachother in. They have a client before staff attitude, if you make a mistake and it costs, its your responsibility to fix not companies. I have been told if there is an issue I have to fix I won't be paid for it. Ceo has an overinflated sense of self worth, saying in the staff meetings that the reason he doesn't sleep much at night is due to his genius. The equipment they expect you to use is crap. The office is completely disorganised and it is common talk amongst the team about how ridiculous some of their requests are and inability to provide support to us. Our management may be disillusioned, but I cannot see how they justify having 15 office staff and then complain to field staff about revenue each month at the meetings. They're just not interested in us learning but just send us to as many jobs as they can each day so that we bill 12 hours of work despite working only 8+ hours. They're not interested in advancing their staff or paying for their education. They push all this crap on instagram about values and hearts, but where is this in the flesh, it doesn't exist in reality. Typical corporate company now which is a pity because it used to be different.
