This review is particularly based on my experience in the Huntington Beach, California office. Huntington Beach office is known within the company to be the worst office of all Geosyntec offices. This office has a very toxic atmosphere with very negative sense of competition and a very "political" vibe. The management here does not put much weight on real measures and standards documented in the company's policy for promotion of employees. The decision to promote someone is often based on personal relationships and whether or not promoting a certain person is beneficial to the position of the promoting manager!
