Pros
Decent starting pay
Workload is okay
They have bonuses & decent health insurance
You can automate some of your work and pretend to look busy if you're experienced with coding
Cons
No social communication what so ever, everyone tend to keep to themself.
Strict hours no flexibility,.. also most people tend to stay OT, which pressures you to do OT even if you have higher production numbers than them.
No remote work, they do not negotiate.
Zero work culture, place is very dull.
Middle management don't really have control as they have to stick to outdated rules to please the seniors / owner.
Very little room to grow.
