      Most of your co-workers are good, competent people

      Cons

      Upper management has no skill nor ethics. They worry about themselves and will throw you in front of a bus the first chance they get. Incredibly reactive to the market. Constantly being beaten to the spot.

      Good salary, paternity, parent bonding leave is wonderful, 401k, vacation, etc

      Cons

      Maintaining a work/life balance was difficult due to being forced in on days off or forced over after your shift. Training was kinda throwing you in and hoping you get it. Short term layoffs can feel unpredictable sometimes. It feels like there's a divide between company and union employees.
