Good learning experience but lacks proper organization - Automation Technologist Gerdau Employee Review

Organization is pretty bad, training is non existent, documentation and updating old schematics doesn't exist.its a good place to learn what not to do right, some staff are talented but overall structure enables bad practices. I wouldn't stay too long or u develop terrible happens in your career. Stay for some technical knowledge and experience but leave if you want proper career growth
