      Pros

      Quick to change, used to get decent bonus. Safety seems to be a priority. People get cross trained across different areas

      Cons

      They loose focus of quality to save a dollar Don't value knowledgeable steel makers as employees rather pay more people less that don't add value.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
