Management just replaceable yes men - Anonymous employee Gerdau Employee Review

Top tier management say make cuts even if it's unsafe for employee's lower management just says OK cause they are scared to be replaced. They bring in young people with hardly any experience and arrogant enough to not listen to operators that have been on the job for 20+ years. Idling jackson outside after telling the union if we dont make the cuts to union employees we have to shut it down.....make the cuts....then shut it down.
