      Pros

      Affordable benefits. Rotating shift schedule has a built in 7 day break every month.

      Cons

      Environment is hot and dirty. I've had my pursuit of a BS degree referred to as a distraction, yet have witnessed the same guy helping others do homework during work hours. Employees are not treated fairly across the board, management has it's favorites.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
