      The Co workers, the safety department

      Cons

      the pay, both the frontline supervisors and upper, have no clue what they are doing the Health insurance, changing the PIP bonus not knowing if you will have a job in 6 months, the working conditions

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
