      Everyone is overworked and stressed out which led to a toxic environment. Management too focused on results to care.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
