      Easy to learn the job required. If hired on you stand the chance of making a good salary. Good location.

      Cons

      No communication between departments. No consistency in management. Upper management has no contact to mid-level teams. General bad attitude in majority of employees

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
