Pros
Not much as a matter of fact....if you are not part of the sect and forget what you learned to do business in order to please the board even though it’s a wrong move for the company at the end the company will try to break you down
Cons
No ethics, selfish and egocentric are the main assets of the management and the board. If you don’t believe me ask former employee, there is plenty of them. And I’m not talking about the way they are cheating, ans their lack of management or empathy, except for some untouchable unskilled sect members ( it’s not a family).
