Pay is nowhere near where it should be for the amount of knowledge that is necessary getting paid roughly the same amount as a fast food worker but expected to know The basics of electrical Employees are being paid a insulting amount for what is required of them! Computer system is outdated and constantly Crashing Upper management acts like everyone is family but I never seen so many people stabbed in the back by so called "Family" Some Customers have records of harrassing employees but management does nothing to stop it The Handel of covid 19 was laughable by not offering any pay increase for the hazards of dealing with people face to face
