Pros
I work in several stores - some are definitely more welcoming & friendly than others. (Some stores are filled to the brim with people who only want to start drama despite being full grown adults.) Employee rewards are pretty good. Flexible scheduling & mostly low stress environment. Recognition from my supervisor for a job well done or for going above & beyond.
Cons
Low starting pay, even for those with established experience in their position, and despite continuing growth in sales. Minimal raises after 90 days or yearly.
