Enjoyble co workers to work with. Mostly nice. It is a fun enviorment during the holiday seasons. Everyone loves Gertrude Hawk Chocolate.
Cons
Mangement is really non communicative. You learn as you go and there is no set guidlines on policy and procedure. No raises have been recieved and I have been here for a year and half.
