1yWe take this review extremely seriously and first and foremost encourage you to speak with our HR/Internal Ops team regarding your concerns.
While we understand that every employee experience is unique, we do regret that yours has led to such frustration. We are sincerely always striving to create an environment where our employees feel valued and supported in their roles within the environment that we have worked extremely hard to build over the past eight years.
While we respect and value all feedback, there are several claims in this review that are simply not accurate and we feel it is important to address them directly.
We do in fact have an HR and internal operations team who are available to support employees and provide all possible resources.
We do have a laptop program in place to ensure that any employee is provided with a laptop if unable to fulfill duties on personal equipment. It is also our practice to reimburse cloud storage expenses that are submitted via the outlined process.
Our PTO and benefits structure is robust and competitive and we continually revisit to ensure we are supporting our employees in the ways that we can.
Regarding feedback, we have anonymous feedback channels and encourage feedback in any form that you feel comfortable. If you do not feel comfortable reaching out to our HR team, we also encourage candid feedback loops with your manager/director to funnel accordingly.
We are fortunate enough to be operating from a place of financial strength and stability. With that said, this takes a great deal of financial stewardship and discipline which is a collective effort across the company from the top down. Like any business in a dynamic and ever evolving industry, we must occasionally make incredibly difficult decisions when specific departments or client relationships shift. This can at times include restructuring teams or reallocating resources to ensure long term stability. These decisions are never made lightly and our priority remains strong to support our employees while positioning the company for sustained success.
