Leadership - Outstanding! Empathetic, Supportive, Hard-Working and lead by example. I was fortunate enough to work along side some truly great managers! Team Socials - So many great memories with team socials, the business knows how to balance working hard with fun! Working Environment - Great space to work in, collaborative team and great atmosphere in general. Rewards - They are fair and will reward you for your hard work but hold you accountable when needed.

Training - The onboarding was a little bit intense, some feedback to management, perharps space out the training a bit more, as some parts were a bit much to take in. But overall, good training.

A very welcoming place to work. From day one the team and management gave me everything I needed to hit the ground running, which was quite refreshing compared to other places I have worked. Everybody is positive and wants each other to succeed, I have seen a few promotions since joining and I know what I need to do to take the next step too. Training has been good as well as the commission structure and socials that the company puts on are great. I’m really enjoying being part of the team.

I don’t have anything negative to say to be honest, it’s been good from the start and there is no signs of that changing.
