Pros
This is hands down the best company environment and culture I've ever been a part of. The open honest communication and transparency is refreshing each and everyday. You can go to work knowing you're supported, encouraged and around like minded driven, talented people who care about your happiness. It's truly a people first culture that you feel from everyone. Communication is constant which can be hard to achieve in a remote team but it is top of mind for all teams, leaders and the co-founders. We celebrate wins every week and lessons learned with a positive mindset. There are no short of opportunities, new ideas and innovation that's welcomed with open arms. Team and company meetups are fun way to get to know your colleagues on another personal level. Cons
Really nothing comes to mind. Every fast growing company works through growing pains and evolves as they go given the stage they are in. The leaders are very aware of the short term and long term growth goals and create clear alignment around them. As you like growing and adapting, it's all good.
