Great work life balance for up and comers

They’re are not any cons

I absolutely loved my time here. My colleagues were super friendly, and all very driven individuals. Very relaxed space. Most of the day is spent assisting elderly customers, all of whom you become familiar with and it's a real feel good factor when you can help them. I learned a lot during my time here, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable place to work. Everyone is classed as 'Sales Manager', which looks great on your resume, should you progress towards other opportunities. Higher up managers are also lovely and very approachable, especially my area manager, who was fantastic.

It is very difficult to make the commission when you do not work in a busy store, and there are high targets. It is very much up to you to be proactive and get the people in the door, when based in one of these shops.
