Unclear career growth. Yes, the salary is transparent, but what's the point of it if it only makes people compare each other's salary and performance instead of the work itself and then it became toxic. Unclear direction from C levels, do you want to be an agency or more automated smart tech startup? You can be both, but C levels are fighting each other on which one is better, and also no opinion from minions other than management is heard, keep your management thinking in your own safety bubble. Too much focus on branding, but after years of working for it, seems the management still don't know what the brand essence of the company is.
