- The business is incredibly healthy. Funny how many great things flow out of that simple statement alone. We have healthy revenues, a great growth rate, and great customer retention. - The people are generally awesome. This is a great group of highly engaged folks that want to win and have fun doing it. I've worked with a number of folks at this company for multiple years across multiple companies. This is always a good sign of a good team and culture. - I love the size of the company as it is right now. We're past the fragile and insane early startup phase, but not big enough to feel cumbersome. This gives us the benefits of growth and opportunity and nimbleness of a startup with the stability and maturity and product market fit of an established player. I've worked at pre-series A companies and companies >1000 employees. The stage GetFeedback is at is perfection in my humble opinion.
