      ijooz credits, thats about it.

      Cons

      Underpaid, superficial, toxic. Behaves just like a cult. No direction head down, the boss just throws something at you and expects it to be done but he himself has no idea how to do it. Just a reminder who wishes to join, that HR is there to help the company, not you.

      - Get the opportunity to learn alot as its a startup company - Flexible working arrangement and hours - Get to see your hardwork being used real time by users

      Cons

      - Theres alot of changes as company was still trying to figure out alot of things in management level - Always feels like i dont belong in my position and no matter what i do wasnt enough especially for performance review
