Pros
none. you get paid $14 an hour, you don't get trained on the correct material then have to take calls on your first day on the floor because they need to protect their kpis, you get micromanaged and overworked, and you're not informed when you first start you are a seasonal worker, but get treated as one when you get "laid-off" because the company is "overstaffed". but hey, at least you get to work from home!
Cons
literally everything but working from home and having paid holidays. one of our managers said a slur in the meeting of our first day on the floor. what does that tell you about the work environment?
