7yWe're sorry to hear you weren't happy during your time at GetInsured. First, quite frankly, there are a lot of positives about working at GetInsured and we do think it's worth taking a moment to acknowledge some of them. We have an excellent benefits package that our HR team has worked hard to put in place including 401k matching, excellent health insurance coverage with low employee contributions, and continuing education tuition reimbursement, just to name a few.
For the negative aspects of your role that you mentioned, we hope that while you were employed at the company you took the time to speak with your manager and address your concerns. We do have an open communication policy and our managers take it very seriously. A team cannot work to the best of its ability if its members are not happy, so it's in everyone's best interest to provide—and react appropriately to—honest feedback. Our HR team is also always available for any employees that may feel like their particular pain points are not being addressed.
