Kudos to you for being part of our first ever all-remote team as part of our COVID-19 response. Depending on when you started and which project you are on (in your case it appears that you are on the Pennsylvania team). Not all Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) were initially intended to take broker calls; this was to be a specialized subset of CSRs. This is why it would not have been covered in your new hire training. As a result of broker call volumes, we had to pivot our direction some and additional training was provided by team leads. GetInsured as a whole prides itself of being nimble and able to adjust to changing circumstances; it’s a big part of our business in an ever-changing market.
