Nothing here they do not communicate

Cons

They hire family members / friends who can not do the jobs so they look down on others and blame on you !!!!. Talk down to you, do not communicate , no incentives. Do not work here. Upper management is horrible they all hire their family and friends and can not do their job. Do not waste your time here

I see that you're a current employee, so first, I want to start off by saying, across all departments of GetInsured, we have an open door policy. So you should feel comfortable to speak with your manager or HR about any issues or concerns you may be dealing with. To address your review, we do not have a policy against hiring family members and in our experience, many qualified in-house referrals end up being effective and happy contributors to the team efforts. As far as communications, we have daily huddles, regular meetings, email, chat and 1:1s to communicate news, changes, as well as expectations. GetInsured offers regular recognition to staff (a great example is last week's Customer Service Appreciation Week), and for qualified employees, we offer performance and attendance bonuses. You have been with us for quite some time and we value you! Please do take the time to speak with your manager to address the concerns you are having.
