Pros
It's a great place to work, possibly the most comprehensive health insurance in the country, and has great co-workers.
Cons
There is a slack channel for in-house ideas, but I've never seen any employee ideas seriously considered or implemented. In addition, they do not care much about things such as transportation vehicles, financial tools necessary for the operational activities of the company. Usually you have to figure it out yourself.
