Pros
Getir was a super nice place to work before, it was always demanding in terms of work and not good for everyone of course. There is no work life balance for an average salary which was okay because we were learning a lot.
Cons
Since 1 year -after the layoffs- a lot of qualified employees resigned because of the poor decisions. But Getir survived from those resignations. Now they think that they can survive anything, they started giving random decisions that hurt many of its employees. Every week we are hearing a new decision and no feedback is taken. No one is happy inside anymore, it is the worst culture you can see in a company. And they keep saying culture is very important. We don't have the culture values but what we have is gossip and bad talk about others. I can't even concentrate on my work any more.
