Outdated incompetent managers who only care about themselves and will do anything to keep their seats. They will not ever ask for feedback from their employees and will try to dictate everything. Salaries under market rate and no salary reviews. Work culture from the 1970s and super hierarchical. Things don't ever get done because it's super hierarchical. No processes whatsoever. And the excuse is; we are a start-up. (It's an 8-year-old company). Lack of professionalism in general (people won't respect your time). You will have to work on average 50 hours and won't ever hear a word of appreciation. The teams are not allowed to do their work creatively. Most of the decisions are made top-down.
