Need your OUPV USCG Captain's license or you can be fined up to 30K for if you take paying clients out on your boat. Lots of 'tire kicking' from folks testing the waters for favorable quotes hoping for a good deal. potential for boat damage to be sustained. Must be willing to work on sunny days, weekends and holidays and be ok sending other folks out on your boat to enjoy the day on your vessel while you remain onshore, unless you have your Captain's license and they hire you to take them out for the day.
