All the managers suck You don’t get a commission unless you hit a certain upt multiple times in a row, but only get 2-3 5 hour shifts a week.. in which each shift, you share with 2 other people in your section... so you basically don’t get a commission. The managers are very cowardice and fake.. (not upfront at all) Some of them are lazy The owner is incredibly rude, unapproachable and unwelcoming There’s no room for improvement, or growth (despite it being promised) because there is no trust or responsibilities invoked in any employee.. unless you’re a manager or a keyholder(kinda) Basic things like clocking yourself in and out, even for 30min breaks are micromanaged.
