Poor Leaders - Anonymous employee Getronics Employee Review

Major cash flow issues and the executives continue to spend money like there are no issues. Vendors are not being paid and some employees have been paid late. The company is on credit hold with multiple vendors and employees are not able to get the necessary products to do their job. Leadership is promoting employees who should not be promoted and getting rid of some of the best. Clients are not renewing their contracts and more cuts will come from that. Executives are completely out of touch with their employees and the company is complete disarray.
