Pros

There are no pros to this position. The morning meetings are you standing around for 2 hours UNPAID doing the exact same exercises every single day.

Cons

All of these good reviews ranting and raving about how great this "Company" is are current employees that kiss the CEO's butt. They needed some way to counteract all of the horrible, accurate reviews that are below. You will be standing in Walmart all day trying to sell Xfinity to people that do not want anything to do with you. You will not get paid despite what the CEO or her little worker bees say. If you wanna try it to see for yourself, go for it. It won't be long before you experience it. The average tenure is 3 weeks. Good luck!

Pros

Great atmosphere and great people to work with! Strong teamwork everyone has each other’s back and helps each other grow! CEO helps out her employees and continues to grow her company with a positive attitude! It’s a challenging job but if you have a strong work ethic and are willing to work to succeed, this is the job for you! Payment goes by how you sell not how the company pays although this is a commission based job, you work for your money and grow from that just like any sales position! If people are not getting paid it’s because they are either expecting to be paid before someone is installed, they are not making sales or their sales are getting cancelled too early! Also people give up quickly when working in sales. Working for this company not only teaches you how to sell a service but trains you to communicate with different types of people, trains you to become a manager/owner and networks with many of the top sales people in this industry!

Cons

If you don’t make a sale you don’t get paid. But you decide your income because it depends on if you can make the sales in order to earn your commission
