Pros

Good team. Welcoming environment. The team is always happy to lend a helping hand

Cons

Leadership team is exclusive and does not know how to delegate well. They will hold all information at the top and with a few key team members and fail to bring in others to support. The company's attempts to remove employees lacks subtlety and can be very evident. They will use the term "financial reasons" to facilitate to a lay off while posting new jobs at the same time or shortly after being let go. I agree with the other review that they hire/fire at will with no regard for anyone but the leaders at the top. The environment fosters a sense of uncertainty and anxiety daily and it's not worth the stress of sitting on the edge of your seat not knowing if you'll be employed the next day.

Pros

The ground-floor team has always been the best part of working here. Everyone is helpful, talented, and great to collaborate with. I actually chose to leave full-time employment in 2024 due to management, but those individuals are no longer with the company. I still partner with Giant as a freelancer, so I’ve been able to see their recent evolution. There has been a very noticeable, material improvement in the culture coming from leadership. Aside from the team, the physical workspace is awesome. The office has tons of room to collaborate, top-of-the-line equipment, and great studio space.

Cons

It’s a smaller company in a fast-paced agency environment, so you have to expect occasional crunches.

Pros

The team is small, but the talent packed into this group is remarkable. Everyone brings something unique to the table at Giant. The collaboration and team work is something I was drawn too. When a project comes together, it feels like a real team win. Like other commenters, there is a variety of projects that come across GIANT, so to be able to be exposed to different aspects, contribute and learn is one of the top reasons why I would highly recommend working here.

Cons

Agency life and the fast pace may not be for everyone. The need to pivot or redirect attention may throw some people off.
