      Weekly pay is always great

      Cons

      Crab mentality. Surprise visits from corporate often. Very non professional environment. Everyone knows your business from Management. Managers never on same page. Favoritism. Starbucks folks...that's a whole different story. I could go on and on.

      Pros

      The team was nice and the customers were friendly.

      Cons

      The management are inconsistent in their employment practices. They target certain employees and will at some point be in legal trouble based on how they treat people. They have no leadership skills like communication and clarity. The store manager, assistant and HR needs to be retrained. The morale is low and there is constant confusion. Leaders should be the model in creating an inclusive culture.
