Pros

Management is good. Front End and CSM are kind, personable, and efficient. The customers have become one of the best parts of the job. As you get to know them, they end up being like family. Celebrating graduations, kids birthdays, job promotions, etc.

Cons

Low wages. Slow to promote, No camaraderie or recognition for going above and beyond. No celebrations of birthdays, holidays, graduations, childbirth, or even the deaths of employees. etc. Also, there's no accountability for the higher ups; they just transfer you to another store. Even after racist and off-colored comments. Some of the older women are messy and gossipy hens. Depending on how many hours you work, you don't get any benefits and the Dental (Dentegra) only pays for cleanings. You'll need to supplement your Dental with another provider and purchase your own Life & Health Insurance.

Pros

The team was nice and the customers were friendly.

Cons

The management are inconsistent in their employment practices. They target certain employees and will at some point be in legal trouble based on how they treat people. They have no leadership skills like communication and clarity. The store manager, assistant and HR needs to be retrained. The morale is low and there is constant confusion. Leaders should be the model in creating an inclusive culture.
