Pros
GiantRealm offers flexibility, innovative products while allowing employees to be autonomous in their ideas and decisions. This is pre-acquisitions so it may be fairly inaccurate as many of the old management are no longer there. In fact, I'm fairly confident, nobody is at GiantRealm from my days so it has very much changed.
Cons
Management is very supportive of employees and the former CEO was great. There were, however, some very bad hires that sometimes really poisoned the company, outlook and morale. This made things somewhat challenging. Once acquired, as with any acquisition, there was a lot of uncertainty that made it difficult to figure out the best way to move forward.
