the managers are very flexible in terms of working schedules, most people are usually very friendly and helpful, it is a good place to start your career
Cons
the pay is substantially low, don't have a good benefit package, HR is hard to talk to, the working hours is 9 hours when most of the company has only 8 hours working schedule
