      Pros

      Company is very old No late stay culture. Good Work life balance. Peoples do their work not wasting time and go home on time

      Cons

      Offer CTC with including everything... after joined in-hand is less than expected. Work environment is not friendly... peoples r not even saying good morning, hi etc. Very difficult to adjust for new joinees no proper guidance. Not good if looking for long term to stay Very immature in processes and policies

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
