      Good company, good products, family owned, huge history, worldwide presence

      Cons

      horrible HR management, new senior management not matching company culture. Too focused on german environment, this is bad for a Global company

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
