      -Very interesting financial space to be in and learn -Global company with opportunity to move laterally

      Cons

      -The processes are old (manual) and the company is feeling pain updating -The workload per person is high -Working late and on weekends is expected but never mentioned -The salaries are not competitive

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
