The top boss thinks he is a Steve Jobs of G&D Pune, with his so-called strict behavior, shouting at other and hurling things during meetings..! And if the top boss is like this, it percolates to the bottom. Whatever pay they offer, think 10 times before you join. Worse part is due to the technology they work with, you don't have any future job prospects in Pune or even in India.
