Pros
The constant challenges & problems coming our way is one of the rewarding aspects of the role. There aren't any slow days. The remote work allows for flexibility as well. This is not a 9-5 role though and there are high expectations
Cons
Longer hours, although flexible. It's not a traditional company so structure is lacking sometimes.
